Your image and color values

When you choose an image, the browser decodes it and draws a resized preview into an HTML canvas in browser memory. Pixel sampling and dominant-color grouping run in JavaScript on your device. This tool does not send the selected image or its pixel data to an image-upload endpoint. Copying a result asks your browser to place the selected HEX, RGB, or HSL text on your clipboard.

Ordinary network requests

Using a website still involves servers. Your browser requests this site’s HTML, JavaScript, stylesheet, icons, and other static assets from the hosting infrastructure. It also requests font files and related CSS from Google Fonts. Those providers can receive ordinary request information such as IP address, browser details, requested URL, referring page where supplied, and request time, and may retain logs under their own policies. The image file you select is not part of those ordinary asset requests.

Advertising and measurement

No ads or analytics scripts are currently loaded by these pages. The picker does not set advertising or measurement cookies. If that runtime changes, this policy must be updated before those services are enabled.

What this tool stores

The site does not provide an account, server-side project history, or a database for uploaded images or extracted palettes. The current tool does not write the selected image or color results to local storage. The working image, canvas pixels, and palette remain in browser memory for the page session and are cleared when the page is reloaded or closed. Your browser, clipboard manager, downloads, extensions, cache, and hosting or font-provider logs are outside that in-page memory boundary and may retain their own records.
